Stage - 2
Mechanized Sludge Removal-Complete and fast removal of sludge
The sludge settled in the bottom of the tank is removed using special sludge pumping equipment
Stage - 3
Mechanized Cleaning-Proper and fast cleaning
The floor,walls & ceiling of the tank is thoroughly cleaned with high pressure (More than 100 bar pressure)water jet
Stage - 4
Vacuum Cleaning-100% cleaning of sludge & dirt
The floor of the tank is now cleaned thoroughly with industrial vacuum cleaner to remove the resultant sludge and contaminants
Stage - 5
Anti-bacterial Spray-Sterlization of tank
The walls & ceiling of the tank is now completely treated and sterilized using FDA approved food grade quality anti-bacterial agent
Stage - 6
Ultra-Violet Radiation- 100% sterilization of tank
The tank is now finally sterilized and disinfected using Ultra-Violet radiator
